By ordering from our site, you agree to the following terms so everything runs smoothly for both of us.


1. About Us

We’re a small brand based in the UK, creating gear made for mountains, travel, and everyday adventures.
If you ever need help, just drop us an email at theprojectvale@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out.


2. Orders & Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before it’s shipped — no problem.
Once it’s been sent, it’s out of our hands and covered by our Refund Policy.

We might cancel an order if there’s a payment issue or something looks suspicious, but that’s rare.


3. Shipping

All orders ship from the UK 🇬🇧
You’ll get a confirmation and tracking link once it’s on the way so you can follow it easily.

Sometimes shipping can be delayed because of customs hold-ups or postal delays, especially for international orders. We don’t have control over that, but you’ll always be able to see where your parcel is.

We’re not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or delays once the order leaves us.

4. Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or refunds if:

  • Your item shows up damaged, or

  • It doesn’t arrive at all.

You’ll need to send us photo proof before we can process a refund or replacement.

5. Our Content

All photos, designs, and products you see on this site belong to Vale.
Please don’t reuse them without asking first — we work hard on this stuff!


6. Legal Bits

We’re not responsible for things outside our control — like postal delays, customs holds, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Everything here runs under UK law, and any disputes will be handled there too.
