We ship all orders ourselves from the UK 🇬🇧 using Royal Mail. Everything is packed with care and sent out as quickly as possible so you can get your gear fast.

Processing Time

Orders are usually packed and shipped the same day or within 2 working days after purchase.
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as it’s on the way — including your tracking number so you can follow it from our door to yours.

Estimated Delivery Times

• UK: 2–3 working days

• Europe: 3–5 working days

• Rest of World: 3–7 working days

Please note that international orders can sometimes take longer due to customs processing or local postal delays — this is totally normal and out of our control.

Customs & Import Fees

Orders shipped outside the UK(especially Canada) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.
These are the responsibility of the buyer.
We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs or any extra fees once your order has left the UK.

Tracking & Lost Parcels

All orders are sent with tracking so you can see exactly where it is at any time.
If your parcel doesn’t arrive and Royal Mail confirms it as lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever works best for you.
