Returns & Refunds Policy
At Vale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. However, because each item is made and handled with care, we do not accept returns or refunds unless:

The item arrives damaged, or

The order does not arrive at all.
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photo evidence of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
